Lighting plays a big role in the interior - it fills dark corners with light, creates any atmosphere, emphasizes style and correctly emphasizes.

Multi-level lighting

The multi-stage system includes a complex of lamps with ceiling lamps, wall lamps, floor lamps and more located at different heights. The combination of different lamps makes it possible to adjust the lighting level according to your needs. Tip: for the ceiling, choose scattered light lamps to create a uniform background lighting in the interior and complement them with floor and table lamps, decorative lighting and wall lamps.

Light in a dark interior

Rooms with dark furniture and walls have a special energy: they are full of comfort and sensuality, they look elegant and luxurious. But there are two disadvantages in the dark interior: firstly, they actually look smaller, and secondly, they absorb the light. In order to avoid this effect, it is recommended to arrange brighter lighting than other rooms.

Spotlights and lighting

For a large room, for example, a kitchen-living room or a spacious studio, zoning with lighting will be appropriate. Spotlights should highlight different corners of the room: illuminate the dining table, create a comfortable area for relaxing and reading. If you want to draw attention to a specific decor theme (for example, a picture on the wall or a collection in a store window), decorative lights will be a great solution for this.

More light

Crystal or glass chandeliers are not only a symbol of luxury, but also a great opportunity to increase light. Scattered around the room, eye-catching hanging decorations will create a bright lighting effect. If you install a chandelier or a wall lamp in front of the mirror, the room will be twice as bright.

Lighting in a small room with a low ceiling

A small room is limited by the choice of furniture and color scheme, but properly selected lighting makes the shortcomings of small rooms clear. The first rule is to refuse voluminous lamps and large chandeliers. They are unacceptable in a room with a low ceiling, because they visually lower the ceiling. The ideal solution is a flat ceiling lamp with upwardly directed plafonds: the reflected light will optically expand the ceiling and the walls.

Popular trend: LED lights

In recent years, LED lighting for furniture, floors and walls has become the number one trend in interior lighting.

There are many possibilities for its use: a broom, LED lamps installed on the floor and walls, LED tapes, furniture with light sources installed on it. For easy movement in the dark, use LED lighting in the corridor or choose a functional area in the hall, such as a bar table.

Local lighting for the work area in the study and kitchen

Sometimes the highest quality and brightest general lighting is not enough. Some areas require a directed light source, especially for a desk, a place to read, or a workplace in the kitchen. Bright light will make work more comfortable, weak light can have a negative effect on vision. LED lights should be used together with background lighting for more comfortable work.

Choose warm (yellowish) lighting for your home

If you want to feel cozy and comfortable at home, choose a lamp with warm light: although the cold white lights needed to create a work environment are more suitable for offices, the light yellowish light is suitable for relaxation and comfort.
